Went into store to get 2 things prescribed by surgeon doing my friend's knee surgery. The lady was very rude and said, " You've gotten one of these devices within past and your insurance won't pay for this" We tried to explain that we've spoke with the insurance company and they would pay. She said. " I'm not filing the paperwork and wasting my time" We went to city medical and had no issues getting what she needed for surgery. We will never go back here.
